Girl with the bleached blonde hair and pink hoodie today had such an attitude to me and my bf wanting a "honeydew milk tea with boba" verbatim by repeatedly angrily asking "what kind??" without even making eye contact when I said my order clearly. Then tried to charge $20 total, so we walked away. No reason to pay for service like this.

Do not go there you will literally waste your money.On Friday, March 15 around 5:45 PM, The lady on the counter doesn’t have any compassion when i am asking about the flavors ,she just showing the card, And then the drink when I got it just feels like water only doesn’t have any taste at all. Like she just added a lot of ice and Very few ingredients into it. The bobas they are very few and they are all sticked together Can’t even drink.Waste of 9.66$.

I went and ordered one of their regular flavors, marked as $6.99 on the price. The lady working (seemingly the whole store) charged me for a "favorites" drink that was more expensive. I asked about it, and at first she was saying that there's "only one size now," which did not answer my question. At further inquiry, I was told that all drinks are the same price, despite what the menu (that has tape over a menu item with a new menu item written upon it) was outdated, and it's all the same price. This is all to ignore the fact that it took me, by my estimate, 10 minutes to have my order taken because of the previously mentioned only worker. I'm no food service expert, but it can't be that hard to have two workers at a location in a mall food court. Overall, it was an overwhelmingly negative experience, and the only reason a transaction was even completed is because I wanted tea.

The three teas and two bobas we tried were delicious. The mango and double trouble were creamy and milky. The truth was sweet and the kiwi and mang I boba were yummy. Cute IG photo op after purchase. Both gentleman were kind, patient, and helpful. Counters were dusty and dirty.

We ordered some delicious teas from here around 5:30 on 9/23. When we approached the counter, we were warmly welcomed and all of our questions were answered. We got the signature and mango teas. They were so yummy, that we came back for more after about an hour and got the strawberry tea with kiwi boba, which was also refreshingly fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and had a good time.
